Home Health Aide

Under the direction of nursing or medical staff:

- Ambulation assistance

- Assisting with simple prescribed exercises

- Check vital signs (i.e. blood pressure, pulse rate)

- Document the patient's conditions & progress.

- Provided it is not the only service required, assist

patients with personal care (i.e. bathing, dressing & grooming)
